To schedule an inspection for a care/group home follow the steps below

Step 1.  Customers may purchase a permit for care/group home (R3-R4 only) license inspections by visiting the Building Department, located at 5850 W. Glendale Ave., 2nd floor.

Step 2.  Customers must call the IVR automated inspection line @623-915-3263 to schedule their inspection.  They should use code 483, when prompted, after entering their permit information to schedule their inspection.

Step 3.  Customers may receive a call from their inspector to verify the inspection day/time.
