Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA1) Closeout
The U.S. Treasury has mandated that the Glendale Community Action Program (CAP) cease to process Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA1) applications by the end of business on December 29, 2022.
It is unclear if we will be awarded additional funding for 2023 and beyond. If you are still in need of rental assistance, we encourage you to work with your property manager to arrange an alternative payment schedule.
