Trash/Recycle Container Replacement

Trash/Recycle containers will be repaired free of charge.

Containers damaged beyond repair will be replaced free of charge.

Damaged containers will be replaced within 2 weeks on the resident’s regularly scheduled service day. We only replace containers that are broken or cracked beyond repair.

If they are dirty, the customer will need to clean their container.

Any container that is replaced with no damage will be charged a fee per container.

Containers that are damaged in an accident such as a fire or car accident will not be charged if a police/fire incident report is provided.

Containers that are damaged by resident’s negligence will be charged a fee per container.

On the home page click on “Service Request” and please choose “Residential – Container Damaged” under Trash/Recycle Services. Please also select which container needs to be replaced.

You may call our customer service at 623-930-2660 for a replacement as well.
