New Card:
To get a Glendale Public Library card, just stop by any Glendale Public Library location. All you need is proof of address and a valid photo ID.
Renewal:
If there is no change to your address, you can renew your card by calling 623-930-3600 or by visiting any Glendale Public Library location. If your address has changed, you will need to bring valid proof of your new address to any Glendale Public Library location.
