Defensive Driving School
If you received a ticket you may have received a brochure for driving school from the officer who issued your citation. If you choose to complete a class, the school notifies the Court and the charge is dismissed on your case.
Driving school needs to be completed 7 days prior to your scheduled court date or continuance date. You can only attend Defensive Driving School once every 12 months. You do not need to see the judge for permission to attend defensive driving school or to have the case dismissed after completing school.
