Water Bill Key Components
A. General Customer Information Section: Includes the account number, customer name, service address, bill date, and due date.
B. Meter Reading Information: Includes the recent meter reading date and corresponding read, the previous month's read, and the calculated bills usage for the month.
C. Billing and Payment Summary: Includes brief billing history from the previous month with any applicable balance or credit forward and a breakdown of the current bill charges per each service.
D. Monthly Water Usage Graph: Includes a side-by-side monthly comparison of the current year’s usage with the previous year’s usage. May also include a Surepay notification, if enrolled in the City of Glendale's Autopay or Surepay options, directly below the usage graph.
E. Billing Stub: Includes important account information that can be used to accompany a kiosk payment, counter payment, mailed payment, and drop box payment for efficient account searches.
