You will have a plan technician who assists you with your project.  They will provide you a form that will have to be filled out by the engineer of record. That engineer will seal the form; we will provide an approval signature and return the form to you.

You must post a copy of the form on the job at all times. Keep the original in different a safe place. Your city inspector will need to see that form before he provides inspections to you.

At the end of the project, you will be asked to have the engineer responsible for the inspections seal the form again and provide that form back to your inspector before you can receive a certificate of occupancy for your project.
