Emergency Home Repair Program

The City of Glendale Emergency Home Repair Program provides low-to-moderate income homeowners with emergency minor home repairs, (repairs that are required to maintain the safety and habitability of the household) to qualified Glendale homeowners. A minor repair is something unexpected like the sudden breakdown of an air-conditioner or a water heater. It can also be something that has become progressively worse like a leaking pipe or roof.  Emergency home repairs are limited to remediating health and safety issues in the home.

If you would like to be placed on the list for the program, please submit an application at https://connect.glendaleaz.com/.
