In 2023, Code Compliance implemented a new proactive system to conduct neighborhood inspections. The system allows inspectors to travel down each city street to check for code violations. Although we are addressing issues proactively, we will continue to accept concerns with these guidelines:

• Maximum of two (2) Code related concerns per submitting household in a calendar week.
• Submissions exceeding two (2) will be closed with no action. You may resubmit the following week.
• Concerns must be on a property within one (1) mile of the complainant's residence or business.
• Exceptions to the maximum Code related submissions guidelines include health and safety hazards such as an accessible swimming pool at an abandoned property or an open refrigerator in a front yard.
