Help for COVID-19 Rental Assistance Applications

Individuals who do not have access to the internet, a computer, or have someone that can assist them can call 211 to have a representative help them complete an application for rental assistance.  

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Instructions:

  1. Dial 211
  2. Press option 8 for Covid-19
  3. Pick a language, press 1 or 2
  4. Press 5 for Eviction Prevention
