Protective Order information

Category: General Questions

Pursuant to the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure Glendale City Court is available during normal operating hours to issue Protective Orders regardless of the residence of the parties.

To file you must visit the Court in person.  Court staff will help you determine the Protective Order type for your situation and provide instruction on completing the necessary paperwork for a judge's review.

Please allow at least one hour to complete this process and be prepared to describe all incidents between yourself and the person you are seeking protection from.
