If circumstances arise that prohibit you from appearing at Glendale City Court on the date and time indicated on your complaint, summons or subpoena, do not simply ignore the information contained on your complaint, summons or subpoena. This can result in the issuance of a warrant for your arrest.

Defendants or witnesses not able to attend their court date must request a change of date by either appearing prior to the court date at 5711 W. Glendale Ave. between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or by faxing a request for a continuance to (623) 937-8860 prior to your court date.
