If you received a Parking Notice for a Handicapped Violation and you have a valid handicapped parking permit you can mail a copy of your handicapped permit and a copy of your Parking Notice to the Court at 5711 W Glendale Avenue Glendale AZ 85301 or fax (623) 937-8860
A Judge will review the documents and a response will be mailed to the address you provide.
